God's beautiful Furry Babies: AKA our Fur Babies
My brother and I have a habit of feeding stray cats. Last Year, Sarai, a stray moved on to our porch.
We call her Sarai because she is not holy enough to be called Sarah. Shortly, after moving into the area Sarai gave birth to a couple kittens, but Blue Diamond was the only kitten at that time which survived. However, Diamond was very sick.
The first time I saw Diamond, she was shaking and one of her eyes was closed.. this fur baby was in trouble, Diamond was in rough shape. We did a search for which spices are good to treat animals: Turmeric & honey was approved. I would put a little Turmeric and honey on her paws, so as she cleaned herself, she would consume the turmeric & honey, but first I gave her a bath of Clove and Cinnamon.
Clove is not recommended for pets, but due to her condition, I did give her a clove bath. A pinch of clove and Cinnamon in some warm water. I gently put a little clove around her neck and washed her fur with it, avoiding her face. She did recover and was able to maintain fair health. Unfortunately, she was removed from the yard, and I was informed that she had passed away.
Also, in an emergency situation, life or death, I have given a stray cat vinegar bath as he was not doing well. I gave him a bath, a little bit of warm water with some vinegar, and avoiding his face. He also recovered. The cat was Blue Diamond's dad who we call Tiger Lily. Tiger, is a rolling stone, so we have not seen him in a while, but he and Sarai did go on to have another kitten, Baracus. ( BA Baracus and President O Barrack.)
Sarai also has moved on and she has a couple kittens with Patches and Midnight, she can be seen as a Harlot. When the kittens are not feeling well, I will give them Turmeric in their food, Chadwick aka the Black Panther ( all black kitten), is not included in the picture as he does not like people! Below are Mustang Sally ( her name is from a song) and Dorien who are Patches' kittens, I was so poor they used to call me Patches, his name is from a song too).
