Certain spices work better to treat a virus and others work best for bacterial infections.

And it is also believed that Elderberry, vinegar, sage and garlic will reduce the chance of getting the virus, if used within 5-13 days of contact with the virus. Don't use if you are allergic to the items below!

This writer believes that if HIV can change the structure of the body to weaken the immune system, then there should be a treatment that reverses it by regenerating the cell, killing off the virus, and returning them to their normal function.

Depression:

Blueberry, and spinach help to reduce depression greatly and add a little bit of garlic and you will feel brand new. 🤗 To God be the glory.

Also, if you are allergic then please don’t take or eat the foods above. However, Turmeric helps fight depression and improve Mental health but it will block iron absorption, so a two hour window, is suggested especially if you are anemic.

Athlete's foot, known medically as tinea pedis, is a common skin infection of the feet caused by a fungus. Signs and symptoms often include itching, scaling, cracking and redness.  (  https://en.wikipedia.org )

Also, Suggestion: Cleaning the inside of your shoes or sneakers possibly with Rice-vinegar which also contains garlic ( Japanese).. should help..as you can get Athlete's foot again from your footwear. 


Sickle can be treated with nutmegs, it’s a remedy to help individuals with sickle cope. However, nutmeg is a sedative so it strongly encouraged to be used during hours of less activity for your safety or sleep hours as it’s also a cure of insomnia.( don’t use if you are allergic).

Alternative Treatment:

Suggested is Rice, Garlic, and Turmeric is applied to the foot/feet with Athlete's foot.

Cook rice as instructed on the package but add in some garlic and Turmeric to soften while the rice is cooking. Once the rice mixture is done, apply to feet.


Or You can cook rice and add ginger and turmeric from the capsules, and mix with the rice and apply to your foot.

Alternative Medication to help with addiction: 

symptoms of withdrawal headaches,nausea and feeling agitated.. Clove, Ginger and cinnamon can help manage the symptoms. Please be aware that clove and cinnamon will reduce your sugar level and blood pressure, so it's recommended to try to have a light snack.  Also, Clove should not be given to people with Dementia. Please use spices with caution and modernization. Prayer is always needed.

Mucus

After being sick a while, sometimes mucus will build up in the lungs... As always, I do recommend seeing your doctor. However, here is a TIP: let's go old school and use grandma's recipe of ginger, whole lemon with the zest and honey.  you will be feeling better soon. Also, if you are allergic to this please do not use! You can use a blender or you can squeeze some of the lemon and shred some of the zest into a ginger tea and add a scoop of honey.

Pneumonia:  is an infection that inflames air sacs in one or both lungs then fluid fills the lungs. Making it hard to breath and feeling pressure on ones chest or tightness.

Seek a medical professional!

Alternative medication: pineapple, turmeric, cinnamon 

and elderberries.


Unknown Illness such as Plague or influenza:  Ginger and Turmeric together with Lemon or Elderberry.  ( Elderberry and cinnamon are great together)

COVID Tips from Survivors:

Movement!

Your body is going to be exhausted, but make sure you move around so you can exercise your lungs. Try to walk around the house or your bedroom a couple times a day.


Drink lots of Fluids:

  • Ginger tea or Ginger helps the lungs along with pineapple!!!

  • Peppermint tea helps to reduce mucus in your lungs

  • Drinking whole lemon & ginger water with honey..as a booster.

  • Gatorade is helpful, if you have been using the restroom a lot.

Heart: to improve heart health, Raspberries, Watermelon, Tomates, Beets.

Lungs: Grapes and Ginger: are good to treat pneumonia, asthma, sleep apnea syndrome (SA), interstitial pneumonia (IP), lung cancer, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).  A small amount will do, 3 to 5 grapes. Grapes can raise your sugar level, so please be careful. Also, Small children have been known to choke on grapes, so cut them in half!

Muscle: Paprika with Cinnamon to treat:   Muscle and nerve disorder or chronic illness.

I have to warn you, do not use it if you are pregnant as it can induce labor as well as cause preeclampsia. Cinnamon also lowers blood sugar.


Liver:  Fresh or Roasted Garlic, Taste good! If you are trying to improve your Liver function, you can take one ginger pill ( OTC) and 2 pieces of Garlic, eat two pieces. suggestion, take 1 ginger pill and two pieces or cloves of garlic. ( 2 or /3 times a day for a week, then take a week off and repeat.)


A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats can support liver health.

Cinnamon:  Cinnamon spice can benefit oral health due to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can help fight bacteria that cause tooth decay and gum disease, and even soothe teething discomfortCinnamon also contains calcium, which supports healthy teeth.  Also, you can do a honey and cinnamon treatment for your teeth.Cloves and Cinnamon works really Well for tooth infections, but if you have

I would try turmeric, ginger with some kidney beans.   it will reduce the swelling and help with healing of your kidneys. Have someone cook the dry beans and add black pepper. All Food comes from God. He knows. I truly love you.

Blood Sugar/Diabetes:

  • Alternative Medicine includes increasing

  • water intake, if you can do so safely, for people who are not on water restriction.

  • Also, take cinnamon or clove, if you are not allergic or have dementia.

Blood Pressure:

  • Normal: around 120 systolic ( Top number) and/ around 80 diastolic ( bottom number)

  • Elevated : 130-139 systolic / 80-89 diastolic 

  • High Blood Pressure : 140 or higher systolic /  90 or higher diastolic 


Alternative Medicine:  Tip: Can also help such as the skin of a baked potato or boiled potato. You need one to two bites of the potato's skin and it will immediately lower your blood pressure. Also, Rice and Ginger can lower your blood pressure.

Good Vaginal health:

More water, Pro-biotics and Peaches.

Pro-biotics: are live microorganisms (good bacteria) which helps your/her vagina to stay healthy. They can be found in yogurt and other fermented foods, dietary supplements ( in pill form), and beauty products. Also,  it's good for your stomach. Pap smears are important as well to ensure good health. 

Pregnancy: If you are trying to conceive and can't, eating Avocado will help with conceiving. You and your soulmate should eat avocado as well plus cherries for him. If you have conceived and Miscarried, here are some tips for you: MORE Water, your baby needs it, rest, and vitamins are very important. Folic acids are important. The healthier you eat the better you and your baby will be and watch the sodium. Your soulmate's health is important.
