The Rhinovirus: (Also known as a Head-cold)
is the most predominant cause of the common cold). Symptoms of
the common cold caused by the rhinovirus include sore throat, runny nose,
ear infections, coughing, sneezing, watery eyes, headaches, and body aches.
If it goes untreated then it can develop or turn, Infants may develop more
severe diseases such as (in infants) croup, bronchiolitis and pneumonia,
in most children or adults.
Also, Rhinoviruses may trigger asthma attacks.
How it affects the nose, as this is a virus (a head-cold) that remains
in the upper portion of your face until it develops into a more severe virus that can impact the lungs such as bronchiolitis, coups or Pneumonia ( which ginger can help treat at that time).
Inflammation: Rhinovirus infection leads to inflammation of the nasal mucosa
(the lining of the nasal passages), causing symptoms like a runny nose, nasal congestion,
and sneezing.
Nasal Discharge: The body's inflammatory response to the virus can cause
the production of excess mucus, leading to a runny nose, which may start clear but can become thicker and discolored as the infection progresses.
Sneezing: The nasal irritation caused by the virus can trigger the body's reflex
to expel the virus and irritants, leading to sneezing.
The rhinovirus is spread through the air by coughing and sneezing,
close personal contact, and by touching contaminated surfaces and objects.
The virus can survive on surfaces for many hours.
Treatment: There is no specific treatment for rhinovirus infections.
Treatments include over-the-counter medicine to help with
symptom relief, resting, and drinking plenty of fluids
Alternative Medication: Included Rice, Turmeric, and Garlic, and
if symptoms continue make sure to seek your doctor. Also, if symptoms continue make sure to add ginger, to rice, turmeric and garlic mix. Everything is modernization.
Turmeric helps to treat: inflammation of the nasal mucosa,
reducing the swelling which allows the garlic to treat the virus infection.
Garlic: is an Antiviral as well as antibiotic
Rice: Supports immune function
Reduces the risk of certain types of cancer
Provides antioxidants, which may protect against aging and other diseases
