My Cup Runneth Over with emotions!

Welcome to the Visions Counseling Center, we help people to see their inner emotional prison of depression, anger or anxiety. Yes, I would like to schedule an appointment as I am caught up in my feelings. What is your name? My name is Anger, well Anger I have an opening for next week, we will have to complete an intake then we can schedule you a counseling appointment. Sounds good to me, said Anger with an attitude. Wow, said Lissie Ann upon ending the phone call, she sure is angry, once the thought left her mind, she hears the telephone again. Yes, this is Visions Counseling Center, and before she could say anything, she heard crying, Ma’ am can I help you.. MA’AM!! I am a man, and my name is Frustration, and I hope you can help me.  I am not really sure now, as you just called me a lady. "Good gracious" thinks Lissie, she ends the telephone call. Then she calls Forgiveness in her office. Yes, Lissie, says Forgiveness.  I need to take a break, and will you cover the front desks for me. Of course, said Forgiveness with a smile. 

The following week, Forgiveness, has an intake with Anger. Hello Anger, I am forgiveness, and I will be the person helping you. Forgiveness, that is what your parents named you said Anger. Yes, My creator blessed me with this name, and Forgiveness takes a deep breath, and looks at Anger. In a nice calm voice, Forgiveness says, Anger, are you ready? Ready for what? Said Anger,  to meet yourself, Ready to do the work to surrender your pain and hurt, and ready to start living instead of existing said forgiveness.  Anger replied you do not know me, to tell me all those things! Anger, I do know you, you have just forgotten me, we met years ago. You have the right to work with another person or you can continue the journey with Forgiveness. You are alright, I guess, and I just do not remember you. Anger Starts her journey with disclosing or spilling the tea as she calls it. Well, my parents, I was raised by my aunt, and she was good, but I am frustrated with my parents. They were abusive, they left us for hours and sometimes we did not have food to eat, or clean clothes to wear to school. We went to school hungry and dirty and got teased by the other kids, and my life has been one mistake after another. I got pregnant young and my baby ended up in foster care, and I am still trying to get her back, but they accused me of abusing her, and I did not! She looked as if she wanted to cry, but held the tears. I did hit her, but she was going to die playing with electricity.  Anger with her head down, said “I am tired, I am alone, and I am so angry that I could scream”, help me. 

Anger, your resentment towards your parents appear to be honestly earned, and what you went through is very traumatic, and as we know it, unfair. You said, you are tired, alone and angry, and in my professional opinion, your anger is helping you feel this way. Do you agree? Yes, said Anger with one tear rolling down her eyes. Forgiveness continues, the gift of forgiveness is for you! It allows the pain to leave your body or inner self, and allows healing to arrive.  Are you willing to forgive your parents? Forgiveness does not mean that you will once again connect with them, but it means that your past won't control you anymore. Anger, crossed her arms, lifted her head and said, why should I forgive them when I still have physical scars from their abuse?  Forgiveness said, you have free will, you can forgive or keep your hot anger which is slowly killing you. When you do not surrender that resentment, when you do not surrender that anger you lose the battle, you lose your peace and some happiness, and the impact on your health is overwhelming.  Anger did not want to admit forgiveness was right. Are we done? Yes, Said Forgiveness, I hope you will return because Anger, you are already doing the work, you just have to continue on the journey. Anger smiled for the first time in a long time.

Lissie beeps in to tell the social worker her next appointment has arrived, and gives a little warning that he is wearing all orange, and he is crying. The Social worker meets her next client, who is Frustration right at the door.  Hello Frustration, but before Forgiveness could introduce herself, his cries got louder. She could only say, What's up? What is going on here?  Everything is wrong? Says Frustration. Wow, said Forgiveness, everything! Yes, said Frustration.  On a scale of 1 to 10, how frustrated are you, said the social worker?  10+ stated frustration.  Ok, now that we have a baseline, said the social worker, let's work together to decrease your frustration level and help you remain calm and in control.  Frustration tries to explain why he is so emotional that he is losing control,  I just want to hide and not deal with the world. The world can be a cruel place, they label me in all kinds of ways instead of just calling me by my name. The social worker asked, Can you please provide an example, unless it is too painful to share? Well, I am biracial and people call me Zebra. When you hear the word Zebra, what emotions can you identify with-in yourself? Anger, frustration and anxiety because I am afraid and I want to be accepted. Are you willing to do an exercise with me, frustration? Yes, said Frustration. Can you please provide a positive word for the letter Z? Now, Can you provide a positive word for the letter e?  

(Z) for zealous, (E) easy going, (B) Brilliant, (R)Radiant, (A)Admirable

Thank you for participating in that exercise, when a person calls you Zebra, you break down the negative word and make it and empowering word Z.E.B.R.A which means zealous, easy going, Brilliant, Radiant, Admirable, know that you can change the words as needed. Wow, I love it and I absolutely love it, said the client.

This exercise can be used, during the testing of life, so you are prepared for the world’s negativity, by turning this negative situation into a positive situation, and completing self love at the same time, said the social worker.

As many have said, it is not the story that others tell you about yourself, which should upset you, but it is the story that you believe about yourself. 

Identify two things that you like about yourself, one physical trait and one personality trait. Frustration lowered his head. Forgiveness observed his change in his demeanor, and explained that self love is important, if you do not like yourself then when the world is cruel to you, it can break you. And counseling is about releasing pain, getting healing and building up emotional strength for this journey called life. Frustration took a deep breath and said, I am not sure what I like about myself. That is concerning said, the social worker, I have to tell you that I am impressed with your ability to seek assistance, and willingness to try something new. Frustration smiled and agreed to work on identifying two things that he likes about himself. After Frustration left the office, it was quiet, Lissie had left for the day. Forgiveness, kneel down and prayed to the creator. Heavenly Father, I am praying for Anger and Frustration to decrease, so God you can increase and help them find peace, love and joy success, In Jesus’s name I pray.  As Forgiveness stood up, a light appeared, a holy and loving light, and it said Forgiveness my dear, you have to start working on forgiveness too, to teach you must learn, to grow you must surrender. Frustration’s life has changed and he will continue to grow and do better, but Anger is in danger of losing her soul, the work has just started, and her vision is still not clear. And the light was gone. Forgiveness sat and thought,it's hard to be the light in a sea of darkness, and it's hard to be the helper among the ill as you can become bitter. I guess I am bitter too.

There have been several cases of tragic deaths from untreated dental problems, often due to lack of access to care or affordable treatment, some death can also be linked to abscessess. Seeking a dentist is important, but their are alternative Medication below are some suggestions.

Clove

"Let the redeemed of the Lord"

 “Isaiah 44:22 I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.”https://www.bible.com/bible/1/ISA.44.22

In this Journey of life, we at times walk the straight and narrow line of doing what is right and what is holy in the eyes of God, and we are heaven bound. However, there are some lost souls, who have never heard of God and some lost souls who walked away from God and are actively enjoying a life of distraction, which leads them away from God. 

Then of course, we have the Deebo's of the world, hide your purse, Deebo is coming!! The Deebo's of the world steal, lie and etc or as God would say make a false or inaccurate statement, as God is very polite.

Yes, Deebo is riding on a stolen bicycle.

 

Deebo says, " What's up with that Chain" Yes, He stole a person's necklas right off the person's neck.

For those people, who God no longer shines upon or talks with. I want to help you out, so you can try to be redeemed, and talk with God again or for the first time.

1. “Psalm 66:18: (KJV) If I regard iniquity in my heart,The Lord will not hear me:” meaning "If I had cherished wickedness in my heart, the Lord would not have listened."

In the book of Matthew, Jesus showed us the acts of kindness  by the  righteous, follow their ways, I am praying for you.

“Matthew 25: 31-46 Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’  “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?  When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you?When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’”

C U When You GET There?

 Cinnamon is standing patiently and nervously in the hallway, and she hears beautiful singing, wow that girl can saaang thinks Cinnamon, then she gets nervous and a little jealous. She starts to get an attitude, but remembers her mother’s voice saying pray for those who receive jealousy, as their walk will be long. Cinnamon prays for her own heart and the singer’s heart and success for both of them as well. She stands there with her head down, she is 5 ft '5 with brown eyes, and has a Smile like the sunrise.  Starling voice is heard saying Cinnamon. Cinnamon responded with “wait, what are you doing here.” I was close by, so I needed to be here to support my favorite cousin.  Cinnamon says ooh Starling, I do not know what I would do without you. I am nervous. Starling says “you will be fine, you got this”. Cinnamon hears her name being called and she walks into the studio. The music producer explains that this is a pilot program, and they want to hire back up singers to perform with different music artists. He already has hired two, but he needs a 3rd, but he wants a unique sound. Cinnamon confirms that she understands. She starts to sing and he immediately stops her, no that song will not work, try again. She takes a deep breath and sings Mary J Blige’s 411. And He loves it. He explained that he was testing her to see if she was willing to be flexible. He provided her with his lawyer's telephone number and explained that she will be getting a call  to review/sign a contract to be a backup singer for the next 6 months, covering tours as well as studio time. Cinnamon left the studio so excited, and she wanted to cry. She thanked the Lord as that the other girl was so much better than me, thank you God. Mom was right, when the time is right, then it will happen.

Two weeks later, Cinnamon and Starling arrive back at the studio to meet the other two ladies. Starling says, cinnamon I have to warn you because you are my girl, these two chicks, maybe, trouble, we do not know them, but we are family, so you know that I have your back. Cinnamon's heart smiled because Starling is supportive of her. 

Cinnamon is introduced to the other back up singers, Red and Scarlet, and both ladies appear to be wise and kind. Cinnamon was so relieved, wow, they are so kind. The ladies are given their schedule for practice as well as upcoming events and music sheets.  The ladies hugged each other as they could not believe this was their life. They were in the studio with the infamous Big Homie.  Wow, he was a tall drink of water, and they were thirsty.  Cinnamon would not believe how wise he was.  As they were leaving the studio Big Homie gives the ladies a quick hug to thank them for their time and talent, but as Red and Scarlet watch Cinnamon receive her hug, it appears to be longer than theirs and they both got an attitude. Cinnamon walked fast to catch up with them, wait for me she says, as she smiled. Starlings makes things worse, I think he likes you. Cinnamon says, I do not know if he likes me, but  I do know that's a real man, right there. 

The Next day, Cinnamon realized that everyone was quiet on the bus. She went to each person to check in with them and see how they were feeling and realized that everyone was in a bad mood. Well, I will just practice my singing quietly, to make sure that I stay in the key, and I will review the master schedule. Starling realized that everyone had an attitude with Cinnamon including her. She agreed to work as an assistant, but she felt that Cinnamon was getting more time with celebrities. Once the ladies arrive at the studio, the music producer explains that they need to be ready to go, as he wanted to cut the album tonight. The ladies go into the booth, and start singing the hook, but everyone is off key except cinnamon. Red gets an attitude and demands that the ladies are given more time to practice, and she is supported by Scarlet who also feels that they need more time to practice the hook. Red and Scarlet were asked to leave, as Cinnamon could sing solo, she was ready. Big Steve from the group home, gets on the mic and shuts it down and Cinnamon sings her heart out. Big Steve pulls Cinnamon aside and tells her you have a future, keep your head down and continue to practice. He then gives her brotherly advice that you're not made to fit the crowd, you were made to stand out. 

Also, do not make the mistake of putting your acquaintances in the friend circle. Your acquaintance may care about you, but your true friends will have your back.  Cinnamon thanked Big Steve for the advice, she did not like his last piece of advice, she headed towards the tour bus. As soon as she opens the door Red slaps her, and Cinnamon does not understand what is going on. 

Red yells, you are making us look bad, if you are with us be with us. Cinnamon reminds them that they signed that contract and if they are required to complete a solo that is how it is going to be. Scarlet encourages everyone not to fight, and she gives Cinnamon a hug and apologizes for how she has been acting towards her lately. Red apologize to.. Cinnamon thinks to herself, they may be sorry for the disagreement, but they can't be trusted.  You could see the darkness in their eyes, their smiles no longer poured out love and warmth. They appeared to make up and cinnamon went and laid down, she could not believe this. Starling walks into the room and said what happened? Cinnamon said, I do not know, but if Red hits me again, it's going down. 

Cinnamon explains, They are choosing not to practice! I want more, I cant keep things the way they are, I am tired of living the poor life, this deal is important to me. Starling says, you are right cuz, well, I am going to go, so you can rest. She leaves the tour bus and walks to Red and Scarlet and tells them everything that Cinnamon said. Red is really mad, well, I feel that she does not have our backs. We signed that contract together and scarlet, I like her but she takes this too seriously. Starling said right, I am grateful for this opportunity, but I am trying to have fun, and all she wants to do is work or practice. Girl, you better live. Right said the other two, and talking about living, lets Go, I know where Big Homie is playing tonight and maybe he will let us come through. Cinnamon is bored, so she decided to take the advice she was given and practice some more. Cinnamon’s telephone rings and it's the manager. Hey, the famous DJ Gospel music is hosting a charity event, and they were asking if anyone would be willing to come and sing. Cinnamon sat right up, I would be honored, and we will provide transportation as we can get a tax break, thank you for being a jewel. Cinnamon smiled. She texted her cousin. Girl, we have an opportunity to sing at a charity event, will you ask Scarlet and Red if they want to come, but both said no. Red was having fun and Scarlet was too nervous to sing alone, and both of them did not feel like being bothered with Cinnamon. Cinnamon decided to pursue the opportunity, and called her mom for some support. She went and sang C U when you get there by Coolio, which she rewrote. After the show, she had a music producer approach her and ask, if she would be interested in a record deal, she couldn't believe her ears. To be honest with you sir, I am not the best singer, but I love to sing. She smiled, but you are the most genuine. An appointment was scheduled for them to meet again. Cinnamon called the manager and informed him about her opportunity, and he agreed to work with her, as he wanted her to stay on board.  Cinnamon could hardly sleep, she was so excited, she kept practicing and reviewing the music notes, using youtube, as she was not familiar with music sheets, and she wanted to be the best.  In the morning, Red, Scarlet, and Starling  were sleeping-in, and Cinnamon tried to wake them up, as they had an early morning appointment. The ladies were rude and disrespectful towards her. Finally, they got up but the manager was fuming. He reminded them all of their contract and they could be replaced, and Starling looked at her cousin. You are making us look bad. Cinnamon said, you look like you fell out of bed and rolled into this meeting, you are making yourself look bad.

Cinnamon went for a walk, she could not wait for this contract to be over. Starling went to apologize to her cousin, and realized that she left her phone as it started to ring. Starling answered the phone and it was the music producer asking to reschedule the meeting to bring her on board to the record label. 

Starling, as she liked to cause Strife, said, you do not want her, she is so lazy, I mean she does nothing all day.  The music producer was taken back, wow, I thought she was really professional. Starling, she is not that professional, she never has her telephone with her, The music producer canceled his offer. Starling told Red what she had done and Red told scarlet, who did not agree, but admitted that she was jealous, and felt disrespected that Cinnamon did not tell her about the opportunity. 

Starling did not tell Cinnamon anything about the canceled meeting. So as the date approached Cinnamon was wondering why she had not received additional information as promised. She contacted the music producer who confronted her. Cinnamon broke down and cried, she could not believe this. She tried to be grateful for the opportunity that she had, but things were going bad quickly, but a small voice of hope said, you will see him when you get there.  

She went for a walk to get her head together, and she walked right into Big Homie and Big Steve from the group home, who talked /schooled her about the behind the scenes of hollywood. They also provided her with a music producer who is looking for a new artist, and they both agreed to be references.  As soon as Cinnamon started to feel better, her cell phone rang, and it was her cousin saying girl, I got fired. Cinnamon said, " all those tricks you played, did anyone tell you tricks where for kids. Starling yells, "so you don't care that I got fired, and Cinnamon said boo, I am too old for all these games, you playing, but C U when I get there.”  and she ends the phone call.  

You see, the music producer  that she lied to is related to their current manager,  the music producer canceled an event because cinnamon’s name was listed. Once the cousins talked, the truth came out and Starling was fired, and the music producer was angry. He decided that was not going to hire cinnamon on as a solo artist, but he would be willing to work with her as back up.  Once Cinnamon arrived back on the tour bus, a meeting was scheduled to provide her with the information. As Cinnamon was walking towards the other, she heard Red and Scarlet both declare that they were not going to work with Spicy any more. Who is spicy said the manager. Cinnamon, I am done with her. Scarlet claims that cinnamon is reckless, and at this point, the manager fired both Red and Scarlet for being unprofessional and disrespectful. Cinnamon asked both of them why they were refusing to work with her, and RED Envy said I resent the fact that you would not follow the group rules. Scarlet Jealousy said, and I am envious that you want to work all the time. Cinnamon did not understand, we each are given the same opportunity, and I need this break, and I would be ready to fight spiritually, physically, and emotionally for a better life.

A year later, Cinnamon is opening up for an infamous celebration and as she walks on stage, she sees the music producers . Cinnamon’s life is still hard, but being faithful over a little has given me much. 

Life Lesson: Don't allow envy, Strife and Jealousy to kill you.

If the devil showed up in a red suit, and an evil smirk

on his face ready to take your soul, what would you do?

Be ready to fight spiritually, physically, and emo-

tionally for my life.  When you walk with hate, you are allowing the devil to destroy you.  If the Devil showed up in a red suit, will you be ready? Unfortunately, he will not show up in a red suit, he will

show up as one of your weaknesses: food, drugs, people or envy, Strife and Jealousy.
