Annie’s famous Potato Salad
- 4 Potatoes ( to make a small potato salad)
- or
- 8 potatoes for a large potato salad
- 3 eggs, for small salad or
- 5 eggs for a large potato 🥔 salad.
- Realish two tablespoon
- Mayo ( half of the jar), but use the entire jar for a large salad
- A pinch of sugar
- Italian dressing, one large squeeze from the bottle ( LOL)
- Sorry Annie does not measure.
- Mustard, one small squeeze from the bottle.
peel and cut potatoes into pieces then boiled peeled diced potatoes in salted water on the stove until done as potatoes will be tender
( potatoes should be done in about 20 minutes), and boiled eggs in pot by themselves( eggs should be done in 15 minutes).
Once done allow eggs and potatoes to cool to room temperature.
Cut /dice eggs and set aside.
place diced potatoes in large bowl, then add in mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and pepper then add in diced eggs, and last Italian dressing!
